That'd work pretty damn well. Maybe it's because their skin just seems so soft and sensitive, you can imagine making them squirm as you rub something that cold and pure over their body. You'd have their sweat mixing in with the cold drops of condensation, and teasing one before exposing their stiffening nipples to the ice would be pretty great.
But what about hot wax, too? I think that's a little more extreme than just cold stimulation, though.

Besides that, any monstergirl with an affinity for heat might be susceptible to ice play, maybe barring an ignis. All the desert girls, too.
