On the best NND replays I see, the FPS never drops below 60. The drop rate has to be only a fraction of a percent.

My computer isn't new, but it isn't shitty, either. Core 2 Duo 2.33ghz, 2 gigs of RAM and a 8800 GTS 640mb. Is there some trick to get the frame rate stable with this kind of rig?
