It's more likely than you think. Yuugi could have guarded against it with her power, but Parsee struck when Yuugi's defenses were down and that was that.

Parsee probably couldn't make Yuugi interested in her directly, but she could manipulate Yuugi's envy to lead her in her direction by proxy. Although even if Parsee really had some interest in Yuugi, it would be pretty damn unlikely.

Oni are quite direct and basic in their desires, so it's possible Parsee just doesn't have a lot to work with there. Not sure if she's dedicated enough to put in the effort required to get inside Yuugi's nuclear bunker-like skull.

Considering Parsee is trapped under a bridge with no way of leaving and Yuugi living in the city which prohibits youkai of Parsee's kind (those with dangerous powers and notorious attitudes) from entering, it's more likely they never met. Based on how her dialogue in SA plays-out, it's more like Satori has difficulty keeping the conversation on a completely verbal level and instead reacts to what she reads from the other person's heart as if it was spoken. Considering that's what she is (as opposed to what she can do) the lack of distinction to her makes sense. She's quite polite.

The only times she really approaches the level of jerk is Marisa and Nitori's scenario and Reimu and Aya's scenario and a part of both scenarios involves proving that she can read minds.

After going back over the dialogue, I withdraw some of my comments. She can, at times, at least, tell the difference between her unintended heart readings and speech, especially when she is actively doing the former. It is a major jump to imagine if that should count as jerkish or rude; you wouldn't be able to stop blinking completely even if something else told you it found the act rude.
