Never has such a legal nightmare been presented before ZUN's Terms of Use and Guidelines for Touhou Project Copyright ever since he created it. I would say it is equally as bad as the time a complete stranger managed to trademark Touhou Project and Team Shanghai Alice without ZUN's knowledge until it was too late to stop it because ZUN was not notified in time.

However, that Touhou trademark battle occurred only in Japan. This time's battle involves Touhou Project Copyright and possible copyright infringement involving Touhou Project on a global scale, involving several countries around the world that include China, India, Russia, and even Japan, itself.

And it doesn't stop at commercial digital music platforms like Spotify but Touhou Project music being broadcasted on commercial radio stations around the world that include even Germany and not just solely within the boundaries of America.

This legal nightmare challenges the very existence of ZUN's Touhou Project Copyright Guidelines and may create a negative legal precedent that strikes at the very existence and core of Touhou Project's community if ZUN does not quickly act to protect his Touhou Project and the community he helped, fostered.
