>DD on some of my fav companies that I often don't see posted here.

Rio2 (RIO.v, RIOFF) is working on raising $130M in capital so it can begin building the heap leach mine over the next few months. The first pour is anticipated by the end of 2022. The company has ~C$12M in cash, as many warrants have been exercised. Rio2 is keen on minimizing dilution and is working on some kind of hybrid royalty arrangement, which may not come to fruition. They could also do a combination of royalty and debt. The good news is the severe correction in the market will not impact the company unless they are forced to raise some equity, which they are trying to avoid. They have a market cap of only US $112 Million. Should they execute their plan, scale the mine in a phase 2 scenario (which is feasible) and Gold breaks past $2,100/oz, the stock has 10x potential and more if you can buy it at C60c. That’s the downside target. It closed the week at C74c.

ANONS!!

Please take a look at this pastebin.

https://pastebin.com/2GVfKUH8

PMG-Baker made it when there was an influx of newfrens around the Feb 1st silver squeeze but it got lost in the bakes and hasn't been in the OP for a few weeks now.

I haven't changed much besides the "Miner" section listing companies and DD resources.

Let me know if I should add anything else.
But I think it should be put in the OP again.

>Posting cross-thread cuz this is important advice for jr miner management.

Knowing when to sell is one the most difficult parts of trading and investing. There is no
single specific answer but with respect to a diversified junior portfolio, we have an answer.
If a stock becomes too large (as a percentage of your portfolio) then you should trim the position by one-third or one half. This allows you to lock in some profit and reduce risk yet still partake in potential additional upside.

How much to trim depends on the company itself, its fundamental value, how much profit
you have and how much upside potential that company has. For example, if something has
300%-400% upside potential, then I would not sell half after a double (100% gain). In that case I’d sell 1/3. But if something only has 150%-200% upside and it rises 100%, then one could sell half at that point.

Also, if you have a big winner, ask yourself if you would buy that stock today. If not, it is
time to trim. If you would still buy that stock at a much higher price, then you could trim by only
1/3 or not trim, depending on how optimistic you are.

This rule is particularly important for exploration companies because they can make vertical moves. Some believe that for “drill plays” (a company with no deposit but drilling to try and make a discovery) you should sell 50% after a double. It really depends on the cause of the double in the stock. If it’s mostly fundamentally related, then I’d hold at least 2/3 of the position.

If the stock doubled mostly because of speculation, then you should sell half because of the risk of a large retracement of the that gain.
