We usually average about ~80 IPs a thread these days, however some of those could easily be duplicates (people posting on phone and PC etc), so lets be charitable and say we have 70.
But you are correct, there's way more people lurking here than you would think. This general is a textbook example of the 90-9-1 principal - which is to say 10% of the people actively post (1% "creates" + 9% "contributes") and the remaining 90% of people "in" the thread simply lurk.
This theory holds water when you consider the amount of containment breakers, discordniggers and /here/posters that have demonstrably been revealed over the last 4 months of this threads existence.

Advertisers are so comfortable with everyone being forced to watch ads, that when it comes time to advertise on a platform like the Internet where ads are optional, they get mogged. They only know how to engineer ads for maximum subliminal imprinting, and not how to make something people actually want to watch. And that's why my solution to this would be to let users buy adspace and use it to shitpost or advertise however they want. It was a mixed bag. I think the first mistake was Arcadum and those girls wanted to make it a more serious campaign compared to the one before it which was basically VShojo girls and Bunny try to fuck everything that moves for “comedic value.” 17.8%’s idea of serious was throwing them into situations noobs would fail at pretty much immediately, but to play devil’s advocate I think he could have been the best DM with the most interesting campaign and there’s still no way in hell you’re getting a group of 4-5 vtubers to show up for almost 2 years of streams.

Yeah Im in the T2 part of the server and it was nice when Sekine would stop by. I guess my impression from her and Snuffy's content, or rather lack of content, would be that she wouldnt be totally reliant on her talker for her own streams. Maybe months of few streams and no VR streams at all from Snuffy is... a bit more of a drought than she bargained for.
I dont really blame Sekine for sucking Tectone's dick so hard since the dude has more money than sense and his wife apparently isnt a factor, but it just makes me sad to see her bail on the community and probably Snuffy as a whole right after she moved into her new place. More streams could've been right around the corner. Thought they were more of friends than that.

They never really seemed like they were that close beyond getting along the dating game and degen night, she never really even had a direct means of contacting snuffy to show things like art WIPs beyond hoping she was in that discord channel at the same time as her. Her just sort of quietly skipping out was pretty weird given how she was well liked there, though
