I definitely think the lack of consistency between the message from livers is something that's annoying. Pomu and Nina were allowed to disclose information, and they're often the two that do it as pressure relief, IMO. I do think opsec is important but transparency to an extent would be a positive way to keep spirits up. Letting the livers let the fans known to expect them back by X date for example would go a long way into alleviating fears. Telling people the reason why the break is still going through would be an option, prior it was obviously known through inference that it was for the AR, but having an official stance on the matter would obviously go a long way to improve PR. Disclosure of where they'll be is entirely unnecessary for this, and only a very few very dedicated stalker types would bother looking for them

As I said in my previous thread post before it 404'd, there are many factors that point to it: Vox and the others being worked to the bone, all of them sadposting on twitter, their hostile response to "COVID" being the excuse. We don't and won't actually know the full picture but people do things like this for a reason, and they leave enough puzzle pieces behind to build a rough picture of what's going on. I legitimately hate corporate incompetence which is why I'm so adamant on supporting the livers themselves. I also think fans would feel a lot less desperate if they had solid references as to when they can expect people back from big trips, or even vague hints as to why they'd all suddenly break. Pomu has said before, people aren't stupid, they will figure out something is going on. Everyone going on break at the same time doesn't scream "everyone's taking a holiday" it screams "they're all working on something big together that requires them to be offline together". An olive branch to the fans can go a long way to reducing the negativity felt in general, even if they aren't working on anything, corporate should be tanking the blow: IE: "We made a mistake and are unable to proceed with the AR Live recordings. Due to contractual obligations, the livers are mandated to take a break, and will return on date X. We are sorry for the disappointment, and will work harder going forward to prevent future mishaps." - That sends a message that they're apologetic about the situation and want to improve, rather than the message that management is irredeemably incompetent and trying to save face by gag-ordering their talent.

If Rosemi actually does extend her break another 2 weeks I'm probably going to end up dropping her. Not out of spite or because I feel like she "hates" us or anything like that, but realistically I can't see myself waiting that long for her without finding something/someone else to occupy my time with.
