At this point it just feels like bullshit whenever a company vtuber says they need to work on "projects" that never seem to materialize. More than likely it's just bullshit meetings with management about nothing. That's exactly what I'm getting at anon. It's like poorly handled it's ridiculous, from them cancelling the AR concert a week after it was announced to their embarrassing handling of Zaion. The parent company may technically be doing well, but it sure doesn't translate to the stability of the EN or ID branches.
I mean fuck, Hololive fans can be happy about their talents getting good merch and their oshi's doing well or performing in concerts with 3D models. That's more than the NijiEN branch can hope for with literal factory mass-produced merch, their love of drama and the shift towards Twitch-tier normalfags with avatars that happened throughout 2022, and the pictures of the venues that show how Anykara cheaps out during what should be major events.
