Yamaxanadu is just her station among the ten Yama Kings (enmaou). She has nine peers, not a superior literally named "King Enma". All of them are enmas.

You don't seem to understand what a yama is if you think a yama CAN not be a part of it. Yama King is their species and their celestial station.

A Dictator and Opresser is what she is.

She's a womanchild, a coward who has started wars just to boost to her ego and risked all of Gensokyo well being from a retaliation of the Luna Capital just to be smug for a couple of minutes. She's not a good person and can't even be compered to Eiki, one of the only truly good and kind characters in touhou.

I'm not on that guy's side but this is never true. Theres a reason why some youkais are stuck being low tier bosses. The problem with most low tier youkais are that most of them are unintelligent along being already weak, while most strong youkais are intelligent, lives in an organized group or/and have strong connections with other high ranking individuals. Unless youre a rare species like Nazrin or Seija who are weak but intelligent, then if youre weak then you'll stay a loser for the rest of your long life.
