I doubt that was the reason, people were spreading those rumors about the little wolf warrior for a while before the announcement went up, and Artia doing the whole twitch stream about going independent looked fishy as hell to some people, if they had just said "these members were terminated for breach of contract" people would've accepted it and moved on(like uninformed nijifags did with Meiro). They got proper sendoffs because Cover's version of the story is completely different from the version this thread kept spreading around. Keep in mind, the only communication the JP side apparently had with CN was through their manager and the one time Gen 1 met YAGOO when they were first hired, their manager could've just fed JP's management with some bullshit story about how everyone just wants to quit and CN has no chance of being saved and it has to be let go. And I sincerely doubt Cover staff is reading all the screenshot compilations people made of Artia(because it just looks like schizos trying to slander her without context, which parts of it are given how much is just assumptions that the posts are about Coco and shit).
