Was skipped narratively by Tohya. Erika never solve it, she just arrived at the answer and claimed she had solved it. There isn't a single thing Erika has correctly solved in the entire story. What's hilarious is that she goes meta, she knows she's a detective, tries to break the game and it still wasn't enough for her to figure out who was the culprit.
In ep 5, we stick with Natsuhi the entire time by our frame of reference. But to Erika, her view is a lot different. She's the only one without a alibi. Erika unfortunately made the terrible mistake of making theory before she had facts.

Erika assumed Natsuhi was the culprit because she had no motive rather than use facts for how Natsuhi could have done it. She went by process of elimination rather than using evidence.
Battler is an idiot but Erika is a greater failure.
