I work in construction and the single biggest thing zoomers don't seem to get is that you can buy land for cheap. But land in the mountains or woods.

Then take your time, buy the materials and build a little house on it. 4 or 5 months of time and you can build a nice 3br/2ba house and save like 70% of what it would cost you to buy it normally.

I definitely was not the only person utilizing the free amenities that's for sure. I went to at least 50 different PFs because I was on the move a lot.
