I'm not so much against buying RocketLab as I'm just annoyed that this could easily create a bubble. There are over 120 startups for microlaunchers and small rockets that are undoubtedly licking their chops at the success of these new SPACs and they'll want to go public too. If enough of them go public at these valuations it will drag down the rest of the space stocks when the truth finally kicks in and enough people realize the reason why they cannot be cost competitive with heavy-lift launch vehicles.

RocketLab will have more endurance as they actually have some revenue and their medium-lift rocket development works to mask the very high chance that they'll either go out of business or have very low profits. It's not that dissimilar to SPCE but I'm not sure if I want to play hot potato with the stock if it opens high when I'm already exposed to space with much better companies.
