I did mean KK's current stream, I like her cafe streams' relaxed vibe, good back-and-forth while acting bratty with chat, variety of curated BGM, coffee appreciation, and watching her do art while I work. She's good at leaning into the bit and coming up with visual gags. Hearing that she wants to put more focus into art and do a gallery showing someday was a highlight, but it's also a lot of silly in-the-moment chat about the current activity or meaningless things. Right now it's a lot of talk about the art she's working on, laying down the sketch before painting starts.

Shimada's doing ASMR in 2 hours, she does it every Sunday but today's a double. I'm really looking forward to it since she missed last Sunday's.

She's been doing ASMR regularly for a while, though there was a bit of a break. Still on the fighting games, of course, but she's best of the best for ASMR. Heard she got some new tools last week, but typically a variety of finger-tapping, makeup brushes, oil massage, ear cupping, and a little heartbeat once in a while as a treat. Never does ear-licking or anything too invasive and the overall audio is extremely light.
I love the aspects of her personality it brings out, she gets really sweet, and gentle, and sensitive. Sometimes she tells little stories or just rambles about things.
You can really feel how much she's worked at it, how much she genuinely loves the artform. Little hints of her drumming musical background in the attention she gives to percussive elements, the don-don-don tempo and manipulation of areas of the ear, call-and-response between doing something on the left and then right that's really cathartic. She's incredibly good at verbally illustrating scenes and drawing out imagery of a beach's waves or fireworks, etc.
She's moved away from some of the out-and-out GFE (no more lap pillows) but still is one of the very best, super caring, and her voice especially when singing is intimate and heart-stirringly charming.

Thanks to viral Gura debut, and later on Sodapoppin debut most English speaking audiences don't understand what seperates vtubing from face camming.
Due to this looming uncertainty of what vtubing is meant to be many talents end up feeling overwhelmed, downtrodden, and isolated as well as defeated. Often a crowd can pick these feeling up, and empathize.
One of the few times vtubers feel good is when they feel they're doing a good job at vtubing.
Unfortunately this tends to only be during: Vtweeting, debut, kareoke.
For good moral vtubers often rely on panic button pressed kareoke, redebut, and vtweeting as its all they have had the privilege of learning about from the culture.

For anybody who enjoys debut streams consider suggesting that your chuuba organize a fashion show stream. The banana cat would, and probably could pull it off in her day.
The fashion show is the predecessor to the debut stream. A fashion show including vtubers willing to flaunt wares, modelers like calavara, and a crowd of /asp/ could be fun to observe. I would think one way it could possibly be done is have the vtuber display a model, follow with a interview with a modeler, and follow up with a comment from a /asp/ or habitual model grabber like kitanya.
There's no concrete to this, but a fashion show. Fashion shows are done all over the world in a variety of ways, so however you do it can be fun.
For example Puris, and kitanya both have taken a moment to thumb through all their models for their fans. It wasn't a debut show so a fashion show is what it was as far as I'm concerned. There's no wrong way to do it. The vtuber debut is just one of the many faces of fashion shows that have been done for quite a long time though in a great variety of different ways.
