I was thinking about this. For one, I'm glad she's getting a new home. BUT, I don't think it's as bad as some people think.

If you paid attention, she's joining VShojo JAPAN with Kson. The EN VShojo is probably going to be somewhat separated, just like Hololive's EN, since they can't talk JP well.

So that means it's effectively two branches, it's going to be VShojo JP with Kson essentially in charge.

This is like if Kson finally got to start her own idol agency except she's starting with one already having some reach.

If they are separated like this they can maintain their JP standards and still be in a group.

This could actually work out pretty well.
