she's been around for a long time, her model is adorable, she herself is just a fantastic energy to listen to, her dynamic with her audience is great and she is a JP chuuba. i genuinely cannot muster a single negative thought about her beyond that I feel bad about medical stuff that was floating around and I hope she's recovering well

There's never been a vtuber with more potential than Korone. Pekora and Marine may be more popular, but they appeal mainly to a niche audience of 18-40yr old japanese males. Korone's appeal is universal, you can show anyone of any age clips of her and they will find it hilarious. Her English streams are legendary and still funnier than anything EN has produced (my oshi is EN). It's actually really hard to be funny in another language, you need the vocabulary, understand foreign humor, know expressions, etc. Subaru, Pekora and Miko have made notable attempts at english humor, but they're so focused on getting the pronunciation right that their delivery is slow and monotone. Compare that with Korone's delivery of "Get outta here, NEXT" or "I am Korone, I'll be back...maybe" in the tone of Schwarzenegger, there's just no comparison. She also does the best skits, can banter with anyone, even Coco on her own show. This mainly from an english perspective btw, I don't know how funny she is for JOPs
