Nijisanji was a golden ticket but they ruined it and now it increasingly is more viable to be in a small corpo that takes a smaller cut or an indie.

In theory being corpo can be beneficial as it gives you a bigger automatic network of people for collabs, merch production, song production etc. It also gives an opportunity to grow as a streamer in ways beyond numbers, with a fresh persona giving a good reason to mix up old habits. She didn't default to geshin spam nearly as much for example, cutting it down to once a week on schedules with the variety allowing for her to show other strengths she possesses as a streamer.
And of course, NijiEN wasn't her first choice but that is always the case.
