I am sorry but whilst I am glad Gura is handling things how she is and hope she continues to do so, it is a function of the expectations she has set from day one and the fanbase she has built.

I've seen it happen with NijiEN because I used to watch them before the males destroyed it. Once males are in the picture and collabs start to happen the entire culture and feel of the branch and company changes, and so do individual streams. The people who virtue signal about males and push for collabs don't understand just how deeply everything changes, and once it does there's no going back. The content and chuubas you used to enjoy simply vanish, and in worst case scenario the chuubas retroactively talk shit about their previous content and way of doing things (pre-male), which adds insult to injury because it just means that you were thoroughly deluded as a fan. All those little interactions and so on you once had are then devalued not only as fake but as almost insults to the chuuba, since she is now "who she really is" or other such nonsense. This is why I singled out Ame as reprehensible - she's fully on this track. She'll renounce each and every one of her fans who still cling to any kind of expectations and go full e-thot before the years end. Mori's yabs and bad influence are intrinsically tied to her simply being stupid.
