I don't think it's THAT much? iirc a rough online calorie check puts it somewhere around 400-ish calories total (closer to 600 if you include the shake, which I tend to drink slowly over a couple hours). Then again I understand American portion sizes are obscenely large by thirdworld European standards, so maybe my stomach's just been enlarged from all the years of gorging myself on slop and staying thin regardless
