Because if Twitch says "Yes, you can dry hump while clothed" every cam whore in existence is going to call her boyfriend or fellow cam whore and stream it in Just Chatting or IRL sections. Twitch already allows "ear licking" ASMR and VR Chat strippers, but at least then they can tell advertisers to opt out of those categories if they want. Making an exception for simulated sex acts on Twitch would release a plague on the platform like the time they tried to allow artistic nudity and everyone immediately started drawing porn.

No. I want to be a mid-ranked adventurer in a world with magic and weird creatures and I travel from town to town doing odd job and also I'm illiterate and eventually save up enough for a tutor. So after I learn how to read (by this point I'm like 30) I decide to stop adventuring and become a teacher at a school for disadvantaged children so I teach them how to read and write and do basic math. Then by the time I'm 50 one of my students comes back to visit and he starts talking about integrals and root-finding methods and I'm like "Haha I have no idea what you're saying but I'm glad you're doing well" and then I die of pneumonia a few years later and a small group of people mourn my passing for a week or so
