well i don't think that would matter much to a legal team that was actually interested in pursuing anything but i'm no expert. i do know that lyrics actually carry a separate copyright from the song itself and historically they've been pretty aggressive about enforcing it. back in the day you'd have to go to the equivalent of fly by night adfilled warez sites just to find some damn lyrics online. but yeah they're a separate line item on the TOS
ofc twitch won't enforce anything unless they get enough complaints they can't turn a blind eye though, people watching makes them money and it's in their best interest to pretend they don't know it's happening
