I wouldn't worry. One of the first things I remember making Polka stick out for me was a zatsu where she was talking about negative feedback from a collab about how loud she was. She could have easily gone to Towa route of "people don't like my voice, so I'll change how I talk", but instead said "I am who I am and there is no point trying to pretend I'm someone I'm not." The mentality certainly hurt her growth some since she was more hesitant of asking for collabs, but that fact that she was willing to take that hit in order to not feel like she was faking really left an impression on me about what kind of person she is.
