Of course the classics like Yoshi's Island, DKC 1-3, Castlevania, and Metroid, but I also have a soft spot for Toy Story.

That game was so much fun. I had so much trouble with the level where you play as RC and had to collect batteries though for some reason. I must've had the motor skills of a cow when I was a kid
