No idea to be honest. The one at the Palisades Center branch had some now hiring fliers hanging around and I inquired there.

Then they directed me to the Manhattan branch, which I emailed and then they called me earlier today asking if I could come in tomorrow.

I applied to an anime store that was moving into town, Went there several times before it opened to try to get to know the owner. Went to interview showed him my vast knowlege of anime, and programing. ( I program in the language his Point of sales system uses).

2 Weeks later i go in for the grand opening to find out a hot chick was hired instead of me and she knows shit about anime...

I have an interview with what may or may not be some sort of viral marketing pyramid scheme tomorrow. The friend who recommended me to the people who run it is a nice person though so I'm hoping it might actually pan out and I can work from anywhere with an internet connection.
