The biggest inconsistencies are usually in characters with small breasts. Anyone who's not generally accepted to be at least moderately well endowed will range from being totally flat to medium-sized. Victims of this include Satoko, Bern, Lambda, Dlanor, Erika, Evatrice, etc.

And let's not forget cases like this where a character will be drawn with different proportions by the same artist in the same version of the story.

Exhibit E, Pachinko art
While it doesn't really need mentioning at this point, the pachinko art continues the trend of the rest, showing an indistinct regular Erika and a more explicitly busty wedding version.

I'm not a huge fan of using this version as a reference though, as it's one of the most inconsistent interpretations of Erika out there. special note goes to this one part of the pachinko art book showing an incredibly busty wedding dress Erika with heaps of exposed boobage, just 2 pages after another shot showing her in a similar pose in her swimsuit with an almost flat chest.

I think Erika wins the inconsistency award for having vastly different proportions not just between different artists, but even within a single release. Pictured are two shots of her taken from the pachinko artbook.
