Bull run towards the end of the halving goes sideways for a few months before recovering.
Also historically when rates pivot downwards, the recession and financial crisis truly begins.
This may temporarily dampen the bull run depending on institutional inflows into btc etfs.

Also, the plebbit bull run has just started going from 2m mcap to 6m mcap in a matter of weeks.
Plebbit due to its small market cap and strong utility won't be as affected to the macro environment.
