When will this scam end?

The price only rises if more people pay more money for this shit. That's the definition of a Ponzi scheme.

Why do you think people buy gold or silver? It's not to use it themselves. They just want to resell it at a similar or higher value.

I bought lots of bitcoin in 2013-2014 but I never kept any of it, always spent it immediately.

>tfw get punished for using bitcoin as a currency rather than a get rich quick scheme

No. The definition of a Ponzi scheme is not "the price only rises if more people pay more money". That definition would include gold, stocks, etc.

Ponzi schemes require fraud. There is no centralized group driving or uniquely benefiting from bitcoin's growth. Furthermore, If bitcoin is hypothetically distributed to enough people, the price should stabilize.

I feel like BTC is overvalued as fuck. Its true value is as an untraceable, anonymous currency, but how many people actually use it for that as opposed to merely buying in to in as an investment and not putting it to any use? Its a bubble and im not touching it with a 10 foot stick.

Please look up the general returns (charts) for a ponzi scheme and compare it to bitcoins chart

If you’ll still tell me that it’s a ponzi scheme i’m afraid you’re beyond help
