Netflix missed their own subscriber growth estimate by quite a lot which is what caused the dip, and it suggests a long term problem as Netflix is changing its plans to maximize revenue over subscriber growth.
Other streaming services are catching up quickly too and Netflix is losing a lot of streaming rights deals as other content creators make their own services, users don't want to pay for several services to watch their shitty series though and I expect the smaller ones to die out and the market to converge into a single streaming service again, my personal opinion is that the Netflix originals are crap which hurts its prospects but I don't know much about the other ones, Amazon Video might be promising.

Plus, they're pandering hard to the progressive crowd which has spelled decreasing revenues for all the big entertainment players who've gone that route.
