The better of the two pictured was £11 and the scuffed one was £10. I bought them in a local coin shop in June and December. They sometimes have French stuff for about 50p over spot for a £7 coin.
Online yeah it’s more expensive. I pop in there about every 6 weeks and just grab whatever rando cheaper nice stuff. Sometimes I get lucky and someone’s just sold to them so one time they had 8 Morgans. Last couple of visits they had loads of 20 francs hurcules and smaller franc coins. I came back a week later to buy a load but they’d gone.

They have 3 staff. A crabby old lady who is annoying, the owner who is fine and a great old lady who wanted to see my goldbacks and let me swap some of my rando foreign junk CuNi for equivalent priced silver 3pences. I’m disappointed every time it’s not her.

Decency size, a lot of silver. Can usually get them cheaper than a 1oz but you obviously get less silver. Turn up in LCS near me occasionally. Usually for me between £20-35 depending on if it’s a 20 or a 50 as there is only a small difference in size. The coin shop has the 10s for £20 and the pawn shop has 50s for £35, but i find them mon ebay for about £25
