Given two hypotheticals:

A) Everyone agreed to being represented, this brings up a lot of questions on why would Gabe, Vlad, Ken, and other bad guys actively agree to be painted as villain's in this whole sage, With the casting, it seems like its not a documentary. If everyone agreed, then it seems like the bad guys might get painted as victims of circumstance or reduced to a more "neutral" bad guy where RoaringKitty might be opportunistic

B) Not everyone agreed to being represented and its spitting facts. This would be the best case scenario imo, but im curious how they're going to legally insulate themselves from any backlash. My occams razor is telling me this is unlikely.
