How do we determine the proximity of corporation nations to each other? which indies are in proximity to the nations they orbit around?
For example Pixel Link also has a lot of collaborating with SVP and V4Mirai as well. So would this mean these companies nations are closer together to other corpos they don't collaborate with?
Also, indies could play a part in this as well because , V4Mirai seems to have some indies in close proximity to themselves that they share with Lumi from Phase Connect.

I look at my space age knife. And then I look at the crude stone and crude cast iron tools the locals worked with. I can see immediately why I was chosen to cut grass. The knife is ineffecient but it is the most effective tool we have to cut grass. Today with Laia's permission I thumb through my survival guide. There has to be some material we can use to cast proper tools and handles with. Then it hit me. On the sandy cliffs we have sand. If we can kiln dry the sand then we can use it to cast at least recycled steel. I ask Laia permission to set up an experiment. "What kind?" Laia asks. I reply, "I want to try kiln drying the sand so we can try sand casting tools. With the calcium from sea shells we can create plaster that'll be used as molds for the sand. I have the formula in here somewhere..." Laia has already written the formula on the page. Laia says "I copied the formula because Sir Ghoul wanted to use plaster and clay to create a ceramic seal to weatherproof any new buildings we make." I scratch my head. Then say "I wondered what the captain does in his spare time." Laia looks at my hands. She says, "you do know the dangers of sand casting right?" I nod "I want to make better steel tools for the villagers so they won't have to rub their hands raw like I do." Laia sighs. Then she says "you rub your hands raw because you work too hard. I don't want you losing your hands in an explosion."

"So the experiment is not authorized?" I ask.

"On the contrary," Laia says adjusting her glasses. "The experiment is a necessity. However you must write down a paper on exactly how the experiment will be performed and all safety precautions taken."

I've had my paper rejected about three times already. I really have to go thurough with all safety protocol details to every technical detail. One paper was rejected because of inadequate fire fighting preparations. Another paper was rejected because of improper shielding with walls of sand and dirt. Which I had to prove with a live experiment a dirt wall has more safety than a stonebrick wall. I almost got banned because I lit two fireworks under dirt and stone with myself as a shield. I'm waiting for approval on my final hypothesis manuscript by the council. "We approve," says the clerk. "Pardon me?" I ask. The clerk replies, "the council approves your experiment." I loathe buerocracy. I say "right so what do I do next?"

Loreli Isle is an extinct volcanic island that was formed on a lava rift. So there's multiple basalt crag spires in the oceans. The lava tombs are tunnels that expand beyond the isle's surface underground. The tunnels even go as deep into the underworld they say. Anyway the ancient library archives of Loreli are built into the caldera and the network of tunnels below it. The archives go so far down that there's no oxygen to breathe.
