Those are all OCs of that one artist, DasDokter, in reality. He probably has the strongest IP claim to them, although since they're all for free online you could possibly claim public use out the gate. But Cover owns the Ravencroft name in regards to Nerissa's brand, and so you couldn't intersect that stuff, the same way Penders took his OCs to make his own spinoff media but could never link it to Sonic.
