With Aloe situation they just reassured her that if she wants, she can stay in her post-debut hiatus for as long as she needs to recover and come back, they won't force her to quit. But she decided to quit, graduate.

The wording is important. They're not saying she's graduating, they're saying her channel activities, i.e. streams, will stop. But she's not graduating, she's not going anywhere.
My take on this is that yeah, it's been a fun 4 years, but technical support role is maybe more appealing to her. Becoming a faceless staff-san is cooler than being THE Amelia Watson, I guess.
