Okayu Horror 1/2

>The game
Okayu's ready to be scared. Lately Chilla's games have been getting her more and more frightened, so she has a feeling that it will get her real bad this time. She's both right and wrong in this assumption, because it gets a few good screams in the beginning, and then she starts messing with it and calling the ghost a camper about halfway through. She jokes about how you can already see her shaking, because the poor optimization is lagging her live2D.

Okayu's had a real addiction for writing notes/appointments on sticky notes and putting them up around her PC lately; she says it makes her feel like a real adult cat. She writes notes while playing this game with her Rengoku pen. She imagines him saying "Umai!" every time she presses down on his head. It's got a bit of weight to it though, so it makes writing a little tricky.

>Invincible mentality
Okayu encounters a glitch near the end(?) where she enters an endless panicked state. When she tries to reset the game, the opposite happens and she can no longer enter that state or interact with any objects. Rebooting the game does not help, so she decides to make her own ending. In her cannon, the girl's mental state became too powerful, thus making her invincible, with nothing to fear from the monster anymore. She assumes if she had seen the end, it would have involved sending the monster's spirit to the next world or something; a common ending for these games.

Okayu tweeted earlier about it, but the bug has ended, and she can read superchats again! Unfortunately, it seems to bug out when she tries to access the older ones, so she'll be reading them from today onwards. Actually, when she asked Mane-chan for help around noon today, Mane-chan gave her a "Magic Sheet" and said "I've made it so all of Okayu's superchats for the day will appear here!", meaning she probably made it so that way it would record the log of everything that appeared in chat. Of course, then the bug got fixed, so Okayu had to tell her it was all for nothing, but Mane-chan said she could still use it if anything ends up happening again. Mane-chan really is impressive. Okayu thinks there's a lot to gleam from her work ethic.

Did it surprise you? Okayu usually sees a lot of tweets from people that don't handle horror games well, but still want to watch it so they can see her. She thought it'd be fun to frighten those people with a scary opening. Did it work? A lot of them have been working on ERROR lately, and it got her in a mood to try something like that herself. While horror is real hard for the one on the receiving end, Okayu thinks it might be really fun to try and make stuff to scare people.

Okayu really likes the crying edit she made of her face for the thumbnail. Look! She can even put it over her actual model! She likes it so much that she makes it a stamp on the spot, though she accidentally sends a random poll into chat as well. During the postgame chat of yesterday's stream, Okayu felt really lightheaded. She thought it was just her own imagination, but it made it hard to focus near the end. After she left her soundproof room, she realized that the ventilation fan was off. She'd been getting woozy due to a lack of oxygen; it was actually real dangerous. She must have forgot to turn it off when she was recording a song earlier. She leaves it on for most streams, but usually turns it off for ASMR and singing. She can leave it on for ASMR? She might normally, but she was recording some special stuff for a voice pack earlier. She can't quite announce it yet, but she probably can next month.

A superchat tells Okayu that a year ago was her Origami King stream where Bobby sacrificed himself. Even now, Okayu rewatches that stream and makes herself cry on occasion; it brings her back to how she felt at that time. Up till then, she feels like there'd never really been a Paper Mario game where you just lose a partner like that. She still remembers feeling like he'd get revived somehow, but it never happened.

His voice actor does Kirito! Did you know that?! Right, Matsuoka-san! Okayu's excited to hear his performance in some certain scenes when/if the next season comes out. She can picture him yelling like Inosuke. She also defends Ogata from a fan who hates him. She thinks that if a character can truly make your heart waver enough to hate them, that it's a sign that they're a good character to make you feel that much. His voice is real good too; it's unfair. She still wants to know just what it is he's after. Even though you can mostly understand what each character is after at this point, his desires alone still seem to be unknown.

Okayu's stream starts at 11:30; quite a bit later than usual. She wanted to get up early and try out Blissey, but ended up sleeping until 9. She's in Veteran 5, and wants to reach Ultra. This is the first stream she uses Cinderace, who she's switched to from Machamp. A long and painful road awaits her.

Sometimes, when Okayu gets a message from onigiryaa who say they've been watching other streamers, and are wondering if they should stop calling themselves onigiryaa, she tells them it's just fine. Lately she's been wondering if that's the right answer to give them. Maybe they actually want to hear her be upset about it? If she had the choices of A, B, and C to this question: A would be her telling them that she wants to be their number one, B would have her accepting it and also telling them to still come by on occasion, C would be... yandere or something? This isn't a cute conversation to be having at all, deciding optimal answers for this emotional situation. Okayu finds herself often thinking about what the best thing to say in each situation.

But how does Okayu really feel about that situation? It's kind of just like "Ah... okay then.". The fact that you loved her for even one point in time makes her happy. There's so many charming/attractive Vtubers out there, and it's not just limited to them either. There's idols, singers, youtubers, even things like games that can take all your attention. Okayu thinks it's a miracle that people could wholeheartedly love her with all these amazing things and people out there, even if just for a short time. Rather than getting upset at them leaving, she wants to thank them for everything up to now; those are her true feelings. But, she's worried that an answer like that might make them upset, and feel like she doesn't treasure them. Okayu Utawaku & SD3 1/2

>Start
Okayu's a few minutes late because there was a lot to check with all the songs she wanted to sing to make sure everything was in order. She wants to do an utawaku/zatsudan hybrid because she wasn't able to stream yesterday, but ends up incorporating the zatsudan into the superchat portion more, because she finds it too hard to focus on anything besides the singing once she's in the mood for it. She had appointments all day yesterday, but even she was surprised with how late she got home(around 1 AM). She slept right when she got home though, so she's plenty rested. She spent a lot of time practicing, but still has no confidence for today's stream, which, other than her own song at the end, are songs that she's never performed before.

Okayu loves Kakero, and how it makes her feel the pain of being an adult in contrast to the kindness of Bluerose Suisei. Suisei really is amazing.

Hanafubuki sure is hard to sing solo, and works better with 3 people. She really likes the dance that goes with it too. Most of hololive's songs are pretty high in key, which she's not great at, but she's doing her best to practice.

Seeing Towa, Kanatan, and Watame sing Adtruck at Towa's live really made Okayu want to sing it, but once again it was even higher than she expected. Still, she loves it.

Mage of Violet really suits Shion, and is also rather hard to sing. Okayu loves Kairiki Bear, and was super excited to see that they had made the song. Shion normally sounds so cute, but is also really suited to cool songs. She's very talented.

Taiyou no Shoujou might be too bright for an Emperor of the Night like Okayu; though she really loves this one too. It really fits Subar; she is a woman of Summer. What does that make Okayu? A cat of the swamp, maybe? It makes her feel happy just to sing it. She usually listens to it in the bath.

Suspect sure is a sexy song; it feels good to sing the "Are you ready?" part. Okayu loves sexy songs like this one.

Okayu was happy to surprise her on Kanatan's stream; she likes Oshio too. They all chatted together for another hour after the stream ended. While Okayu talks casually to Kanata, she tried to speak politely to Oshio, but was told she didn't have to. Rather, Oshio really wanted to get along with Okayu, so she asked her to please speak to her casually too. Okayu felt kind of honored, and she's really happy about it.

More SD3 tomorrow. It should have been today, according to her schedule, but she didn't plan to be not streaming for 2 days either. Honestly, she wanted to stream it right after this stream, but her throats too tired from all the singing, and she doesn't want to worry everybody by hurting her throat, so she'll take it easy. She'll just shut her mouth and play Unite until she's ready for bed.

Okayu hasn't seen the Ohasuba where it's talked about yet, but she talks about getting dancing advice from Subaru. During the rehearsals for Mio's live, Okayu, the only one who wasn't adept at idol step, asked Subaru for some extra advice during their break. Subaru, rather passionately, did her best to help, but they only had about 20-30 minutes of free time to practice. Okayu feels like the result was her just walking like a crab, but Subaru was very positive about how she was improving. Okayu makes sure to practice those steps each day now, while drying her hair after bathing. She does it naked? I mean, she's still drying her hair, so yes. She still remembers Subaru's passion, and wants to be able to do the steps better next time, so practicing it has become routine. She also talks about the hip-shaking that she and Subaru did for Sashimio. Okayu may not be a good dancer, but coming up with the backdancing routine together with Subaru was a lot of fun.

Okayu's happy she had enough time to sing her own song today. That song holds a lot of memories for her. She's not sure yet, but she'd love if she could have another original out before year's end.

Okayu feels the easiest key for her to sing in is usually the one RADWIMPS uses. The note is just a little bit high for most boys, but perfect for her. Bump of Chicken and Yonezu Kenshi? They're both just a bit too low for her. Femal Okayu's covers are usually in a different key than the original song. She can try a lot of ranges, but the zone where she actually likes her own voice is pretty narrow.

Even more than usual, Okayu slept until shortly before the start of the stream, so her voice is a little scratchy still. All the Unite she's been playing probably hasn't been helping her fatigue either, but she's up to Ultra 3 now. Part of her voice's scratchiness is probably in thanks to yesterday's utawaku as well.

>Small aesthetic
Okayu loves the whole look of the tiny Corobokkle village. With its mushroom houses and natural look, Okayu thinks it's all adorable. When she was younger, she liked to draw this kind of art all the time. She loved the idea of using the giant leaves to weather the rain.

Okayu gets really excited over the different outfits the party wears depending on the class you choose for them. She feels like this is how the onigiryaa must feel when she gets a new outfit. In particular, she really likes the thigh-highs that Angela gets with her sorceress class. Okayu didn't even mean to choose Angela in the beginning, but it's worth it for that legwear alone. She sounds like a perverted old man? No, really, Okayu loves that look more than everybody thinks, most likely. When she was a middle school cat, she always drew her female characters wearing thigh-highs and knee socks, fussing in great detail over getting a plump feeling with the skindentation.
