Been rewatching our last match. Wagahai didn't get enough credit. When we were ahead one point and the other team were pushing with everything they had, she went HARD on ensuring that the ball kept getting rocketed out of our side of the field. She was the MVP of the ending.

Just recapping what happened yesterday
What worked
- World Domination
- We won ALL matches of vtl6
- We ended with Koyo
- We demolished /fvr/ again just like /mayo/ did
- We kicked out /manstars/ (tough team) just like /mayo/ did
- Big brother /holoX/ avenged /mayo/ and we claimed our deserved star
- vtl4 final match has been corrected twice now. We won friendlies and the real match against /vsj+/
- We were able to win against /hlgg/ with their Nene goal machine. They were very good and would have deserved to win the league
- We had hypes for every single match
- Our hype for final landed so good. We've completed the story just as Beebsrus wanted us to do. It was worth adding some details like the Flavortown rock. I've absorbed all KINOOOOOO and kek posts and enjoyed all our jokes that have landed
- We had a league full of mayo

What we have to do now:
- Update our wiki
- Slowly make up our minds and begin the ideation for how vtl7 shoud look like
- Relax a bit
- Wait for Lord of the Board
- Staff up because I was overloaded for 4 months just to win this league. I wish I could outsouce a few things to someone.
- Update our aes. I like the black kit but I would go the extra mile and add another one. Maybe a Gozaru Green one. Our alternative color was pink before but I removed it.

It really depends what you do. /vtwbg/ reused their assets a lot. It was always WARanon in the canteen. The same voice over and a bit fresh stuff. All made in 3D with janky animation. That's a masterstroke for shitting out hypes. /mayo/'s hype were a time consuming nightmare. I had to build my asset library almost from scratch but I guess due to lack of skill I did most of the things my hand. Spending 5-10 minutes to animation a second gets barely noticed, hurts but pays off in the composition of the video.
The HoloX final hype was very easy. I spend almost the same amount of time fixing and mixing the audio because the Ultra Instinct theme got out of sync with the original audio that gets muted for speech. I cheated a lot to but it saved me hours of reconstructing the audio track with all the sound effects like I did in the /hfz/ hype where the sound effects became the joke (they came from Wii Fit boxing btw)
The Chloe's shitposting a hypes were very quick ones. Very effective for the short time I had for them. And again: The bet on getting to the final paid off. I had prepared versions for all 4 outcomes. And everyone went KINOOOOOOOOO again. Dragon Ball Super's cheap animation just made me stop for all the shaking effects where I manually adjusted the position ever 2-3 frames (no risks with motion tracking which probably would have worked as well).
Video editing is time consuming that's why I need help in all phases. There's a bit of theory on how to setup a scene and tell your story. Once you've all the assets for the scene, it's mostly just adding things to a video layer and transform their size, position (bonus: rotation) over the scene. One of the best looking scenes were the Cupnoodle Joshus in /mayo/ vs /hag/ and due to the interpolation it did a lot animation with only a few keyframes. A common mistake is to just change everything in sync. It just looks robotic. Add intentional imperfection. This also makes Miku Miku Dance videos much better if duos or so a not in perfect sync but a bit off. Cover could use the trick for their background dancers and you probably wouldn't notice it. Subaru started with it and said the background dancer was her trainer. I checked many frames and I think they really went the extra mile of capturing another person instead of cheating.

So again: I call for help and I can give you some training. (I'm not a 3D animator)

It's a touhou fangame where you buy presents for that scam money god from TH15.5. I'm laughing extremely hard at it but it's basically impossible to comprehend without knowing japanese since it's fundamentally a word game.

There's a strict timelimit and she clearly doesn't work well under pressure since her answers are extremely weird (eg she bought rust when the girl requested a food) and yet the game has actual reactions for pretty much every strange word she comes up with. I mean, she already does some decent gesticulation. But even basic steps are too much for her and you can see how she (subconsciously) tries to minimize any leg movement compared to the rest of them.
Between that, increased need for sleep, and some evidence of at least decent strength and flexibility (i.e. no lack of fitness), I wonder if she is anemic or something. That would make it really hard/annoying for her to do prolonged dance training.

That's probably because it was Fes and they rehearsed the hell out of it but you can still see that when the choreography gets a little more complicated she always has her head down and moves as she's counting the steps in her head.
