From my few observations, if SVD detects something as being blurry or out of focus, there is a high chance it tries to make it move on the small model (14 frames). This is an issue when the subject has parts that are out of focus so it's probably my fault for going overboard with the motion blur.

(Actually, there is something to add. The segs detailer node is amazing, but I can't get it to work for multiple images. I have figured out that I need to convert from batch to list, and it works. It even applies the region. However, the character prompt seems to be completely absent. Or I'm the unluckiest dude ever, as it's always the second one genning without a character.)

More of a gacha issue.
You don't have to use a lora for ollie so that might be affecting it as well, as my lora enforces that '1girl' look, being worse than the innate knowledge and flexibility of the base model except for this single use case.

I train on fluffyrock, there's strengths and weaknesses to both. Sometimes hll gets majorly in the way sometimes it doesn't, while training on NAI and inferencing on EF+hll will result in inconsistent outfit generation; sometimes accurate and in the next seed it's just not.
Training on NAI sometimes results in better hair because for whatever reason hll gets in the way of that (some character loras with 80% accurate hair become more accurate when hll weight is brought down), this applies to clothes too sometimes though more rarely. Meanwhile, training on NAI can sometimes cause some things (like hairclips) to never show up fully but never go away either which basically poisons every gen
I often make a lora for both but I've been leaning fluffyrock lately (since I haven't used NAI models since it dropped). When it comes to large datasets I will go ahead and make a NAI version, but for the recent limited datasets I think it'd just be a waste of time

Thanks, I'm just picking the cream of the crop while making large batched during work. Really just throw some landscape LoRAs and whole morph tech and see what pops out. They do suffer from image comp where the girl is always right in the middle, thinking of having a control net where I try and put them in the corner or something.

With this crazy update, I will be stepping down from updating the LoRA rentry for a while, I will make an additional rentry for lora's I haven't tested so you can keep up whats available, even if its not in the main two rentries (main or indie). I'll be adding that a little later to the main lora rentry, and the MEGA LoRA Archive will be updated whenever CDB is done with it.
I will get back to it after my newest rig is completed to make testing faster, when will that be? nobody knows, not even me. Its completely in the suppliers and shipping companies hands.. so this isn't a complete goodbye, I will still be posting here and keeping track, I just cant justify spending days on grids anymore while my GPU is showing signs of death.

I have fun testing out loras and figuring out their ins and outs, its just the 4-5 minute prompt time (even if its like 3 minutes faster than it was at the start), still eats into my time too much, about 25 minutes per lora and usually i have to do 100+ each update so it adds up fast. I already know how fast it will be on the new one so thats gonna be fun. o7

oi oi, i think the lowest i have went with recent loras is 0.65, there has been so many good loras out nowadays, usually the sweetspot being 0.7 or 0.75. but im looking forwards to it!

I also often take way too long on inpainting. I think a lot of it is because if you get to the point where you're inpainting to fix something like that, it usually means the rest of the image is ery good and you are expecting to have a lot of control to get that last part exactly right. So your standards are unusually high and it takes forever fixing things that wouldn't normally be a problem if you just had it happen in a normal gen.

Didn't ask yet but would you mind if I mirror your lists on the wiki? Back when there were rumours closing I was even looking into trying to download all of them and hosting them myself but I knew we had CDB's archive as a backup so I didn't rush to do that, plus I don't know how much I can host (they say unlimited storage but with reasonable filecount so idk)

Anyone know what could cause the details to disappear? I did have an issue where because I didn't have enough memory, it tried re-doing it with a tiled VAE. Would that have caused it? I'm a stickler for making sure to re-create images 1:1 so this is really bugging me.

The thing is if you start using it, at that point it would be a shame to ever set it to a1111 unless you just want to get a 1:1 replica.
Comfy++(masked) interpretation would be better but then you will not be able to replicate it in a1111, so it's a trade-off between better images with better concept following or just getting the same pixels in the image.

Ohh yes, there are a bunch of settings in A1111 that don't have a duplicate in comfy or require specialized nodes and vice versa.
If you're new, you can try going over my noob friendly guides on how to use it and how to easily install new nodes if you need help with that but there are more extensive video guides if you search around youtube. Can't really help much with A1111 replication other than the nodes I mentioned which I never used myself.

My upscaled image is missing the green designs on the upper arms and across the collarbone. I have design on the lower-res image, but it is not green, and it goes away after upscaling. Here's another image example:

So my suspicion is either the VAE, or the upscaler. When I drag the image from rentry into comfyui, I do see that a load VAE node is missing, but between furception VAE and several others I've tried, I still can't get the green details on the arms and collarbone to show up like the image on rentry. Below is how my workflow looks if I just drag the image from rentry onto it and run it without changing a single thing:

It might be one of you is using portable and the other installed version of comfy and there are actual differences about how they log stuff. or it might be a runtime script that you are missing which doesn't get listed in the image details. Could also be settings in the comfyui itself that affect it.

For me it is more about making sure that I have the correct settings so that I can confidently install/reinstall if needed and be able to replicate images I've made with the same exact settings within ComfyUI. I'm the kind of person that really hates to "lose" things, like grandma's secret recipe for lasagna. Something like that.
Knowing that I might not ever be able to make the exact same image with the same exact settings if something happens to my PC gives me anxiety. Weird, I know, but it's my personal 'tism.

Ohh, really nice! Things evolve quickly and it's hard to make sure that everything remains backwards compatible anyway so the safest is to just make sure to save them on multiple devices/drives for redundancy.
I recall the A1111 1.6 debacle where it was not properly wiping a checkpoint from memory before loading another on top of it and it was creating merges that you would never be able to obtain ever again once it was closed. That was a sad version.

If you're using SDE sampler, it's non-deterministic in results even if it is stochastic. Meaning that every time you run it, it gives slightly different results. Could be related to that or hardware differences.

Also, I've tried my hand at making good "ugly" gens, and it's actually quite finnicky. A generally bad image is easy, by just putting masterpiece in the negative prompts. But then it just does very bad images and especially faces. Like, so bad that facedetailer either ignores them or really struggles to improve them.

Might post a few once I've sifted through them.

Yeah, the comps are some of the hardest to get right. Control net seems like the best option. I'm thinking of making another frankenstein which takes the extracted pose and repositions it to one of the edges. Not sure how well that will work, but it's an idea.

Sorry, I don't have any contact with archive anon so nothing is being done for the wiki to contain the archive and as mentioned previously I'm limited by the number of files I can host on it so I couldn't do it even if I wanted to(sure, it's in the order of hundreds of thousands but still). I will also have to find another host to migrate to by next december (or pay like 1-200 bucks which I won't do)
