The problem with all of this is that their internal culture is fucked.
Even if Holos had disagreements with each other or the company, they would talk it out (and sometimes even have fights) behind the scenes and make sure they're all cool with each other.
They're not gonna come out in front of a stream and throw shade at other holos who they're having fights or disagreements with. They used to do it to management when it wasn't that great, but even that's something that seems to have been fixed now.

But Nijis don't work that way. Most of them aren't even that close with each other, so some of them treat each other like coworkers and whisper behind each other's backs.
Which eventually makes it to the person being whispered about, but they can't do anything about it because technically they're total fucking strangers, and Japanese culture is non-confrontational by default so no one really talks about this shit and clears things up.

I actually have a theory that Nijisanji's compartmentalized fanbases helps in avoiding full blown shit shows despite multiple minor and sometimes major dramas constantly happening in the company. Holo has a unified/shared fanbase for the most part which makes them a force when it's time to "circle the wagons" when shit hits the fan. Most of them are also pretty passionate since majority are talent first advocates while the company first fans tend to be outnumbered by quite a bit. Hence why when cover fucks up like back in 2020-21, they get absolutely grilled by the fans too. This however has the downside that they also tend to be a rowdy bunch and pushback loudly (whether against internal or external enemies) as demonstrated by the marine x Miko doujin incident and the recent suisei one a few weeks back. Anycolor's fanbase is big too and I'm sure that most of them are talent first advocates themselves. The issue is that because each fanbase is seperate from each other, when shit does hit the fan, no single fanbase (outside of maybe Kuzuha) is big enough to raise a stink about it. Another advantage is that if the problem does become an actual detriment to the company's
reputation (Gundou, Kyo, Gwelu) they can easily suspend or outright cut off said talents and the company first fans can mold the perception of what happened.
