They're supposed to a dipping sauce, not used for a full coat. Council doesn't and hasn't had nearly as much room as Myth to create and form their own lore and stuff naturally alongside their community, because all of it is already blocked out. Look at Amelia for instance. All her blurb says is that she's a detective investigating the other girls. All the time travel stuff was entirely her own creation that she just pulled out of her ass in a Fall Guys stream because she has a watch. None of Council had the room to do anything creative like that with their characters.

Sure they maybe can't come up with literally anything, but they're only really constrained to their associated concepts which are outrageously vague. They've all come up with all kinds of stuff by springboarding off their characters. Fauna's even come up with something as fleshed out and distinct as that Ame example with being a forest dryad that lures people in to turn them into saplings
