One thing I can think of is by becoming a Hybrid VTuber, there'll be no separation between "character" and the real person behind it, or at the very least it's blurred. I think the L2D model for VTuber is the best "Perisai Jitu" (the best shield, ha!). So, people at the very least can argue about plausible deniability when something happens to the person behind the L2D model. Something like: "Hey, I just enjoying the character, not the person behind it!"
