Not that anon, but eating is very hard when you're a twig. I'm trying to improve and i've barely went from 1600-1700 calories to a stable ~1900 calories in about 50 days. I should be at 2200 at the very least. Liquid calories feel worse and cause more nausea than solids for some reason. But I want to be a strong tako.

Believe me, I know the struggle. In mid 2019-mid 2020 I went from 145lbs to 175lbs through eating and lifting. Aside from squats at 100lbs+ over your bodyweight, I really think that eating is the hardest part. The good news is that once you've essentially gone up a weight class, eating to maintain it isn't quite as painful. I've been focusing more on martial arts than lifting the last half year so I'm not quite as strong as I was when all I was doing was lifting (250lbs bench press for reps vs 200lbs, 285lb squat vs 235lb squat etc) but I've held 168lbs and my cardio is much better, which I think actually helps with things like taking shorter breaks between sets. Honestly there's no shame in eating things like bags of dollar menu mcdonalds burgers, lots of chicken thighs, bacon etc. when you're going up a weight class, especially if you're in your twenties and your testosterone is going to support it.

Placing drawing pads for them to use or gaming areas. A little bridge or beach area where they all gather in the evening to hang out. It would be cozy.
