Make sure the people hired were ones who are committed to Cover first and foremost and that they were locked into stricter contracts as to how much they have to actually stream.

Beyond that, I'd limit the amount of group colabs they can do a month, and that includes within their gen. Group content is lazy and doesn't allow for them to interact with their fan bases; they instead focus on each other and the chats essentially go ignored.

I'd also probably make them do a weekly superchat catch reading as it's clear the ones who are more thankful and do those make more money then those that don't.

Every time she releases a new single I feel like the cover features the exact same piece of art and that's on top of the covers looking completely uninteresting, no artistic quality. Complete lack of an aesthetic appeal.
Just compare the cover art in her singles with the girls from Kamitsubaki Studio. IRyS's entire branding feels bland. It leans way too heavily into the "bright angel idol" thing.
