I mean, I myself get that she said numerous times a while back that she wanted to stream as much as humanly possible during the first year but I'm sick of her having to pick up the slack working on all these massive single-stream projects where management should be doing their goddamn job.
It might sound rude but as much as she cares about her friends in the rest of EN, unity and all that, I couldn't give a kangaroo's left testicle about the rest of 'em and would prefer if she just streamed like normal instead of working around the clock for(admittedly pretty cool sometimes) things that'll only last maybe an hour, two hours tops and ending up sickly and lethargic after the fact.

For me personally, yeah. But only Ame will know if it was worth it because only she knows the full effects of cramming all that time into it. Perhaps people are looking it from the angle of "Ame is feeling the burnout because of the time spent on such projects and that's why she's taking a week off". But nobody would look at it that way if she never revealed how much time she spent on the event. Others are taking a break too, such as Fauna who also had a heavy month.

I've actually enjoyed Ame's October and that's why I don't mind this break to be honest. The month had some nice highlights:

Maybe I'm going way off track to what you're getting at. But to me the time she spent on it was fine because it didn't take away the enjoyment I had this month. If she comes back feeling worse than ever and it starts impacting future streams, then I'll have a problem.

I think it would be worse honestly. Ame wanting everything to be an "oooh secret big surprise" is starting to wear a bit thin. Deadbeats seem to be able to tolerate Mori being gone for her projects because she's fairly transparent about her work process.
And yeah this month wasn't bad bad the week she had to take a whole break till the weekend with a last minute announcement and last watson wednesday where she was constantly tired from lack of sleep leading to some really bad streams kinda soured it also.

That is kinda funny to think about. I think a few unexpected cancellations made the streams seem a bit more sparse, but this was a really packed month. Adding on to your list is her first archived karaoke, which was a lot of fun even if I missed it live. She really does spoil us and I hope she rests well

I liked the streams too but I felt like the past couple months weren't great. I don't really wanna overanalyze it because it's not like October went for us like it did for the deadbeats, or the poor fucking takos, god rest their souls. I said before I don't like treating her like a content dispenser and I'm standing by that, but alot of stuff recently felt like she was trying to squeeze it in more than anything.

Honestly I feel like a big part on why Ame gets so exhausted on these projects is because she essentially gets no help from Cover, so she's essentially doing the lions share of work alongside people she commission's for. Whereas a song cover might get you assistance because they have the infrastructure to do so, the same can't be said for VRChat. Outside of whatever she has in mind for April, that aspect is seemingly losing relevance at least.

I think it would be cooler if she does a project that at least results in regular streams like Ame in the AM instead of just one-offs.

Besides it being passion projects, even if someone wants more streams over projects eating up time, the big problem is that they're in Hololive. The brand more or less has expectations of you having big projects being worked on. Even if Ckver tried to sell the branch as just content creators, you can clearly see that Myth joined Hololive expecting to do big things like the main branch. Gamers is a good example even. They were hired to be gaming streamers, only to get told they need to do what everyone else does.

Ame cannot just be a streamer because she doesn't exist in a vacuum. She's constantly compared to her peers and expected to do projects as well, and she has the opportunity to do them. You can't just ask anyone to not do projects because you are expected to do projects, both from a management pov and the audience.
