Twitch staff is a complete fucking joke and their moderation methodology is the complete opposite of YouTube. On YouTube, 99.99% of moderation is automated and manual intervention is sparse but usually incompetent. For the most part, you can stream whatever the fuck you want on YouTube as long as it isn't explicitly hateful. And if it is, they usually ignore it as long as it isn't monetized. At least until it gets mass reported.
On Twitch, you are at the mercy of the retarded staff and whether or not the rules apply to you is dependent on how hard you sucked staff's dicks and how popular you are. Banning any of the top 500 streamers is nothing but a vacation and anyone at that level is basically untouchable no matter how much of a faggot they are (see: hasan, pokimane, xqc, mizkif, etc).
