Finally, got an email yesterdau and I've been listed as a finalist for a certain popular vtubing company as a male vtuber and they asked me for my input in design. My talents are on the musical side since I can sing and play 3 instruments (Piano, Violin, Guitar). So, I'm thinking of a blind guy as a character and the lore is that he's travelling the world to spread songs far and wide. Is it good or had there been people claiming it?

Eyes play a huge role on the model's expressions, if you covering them you better think of a good way to compensate for it. To prevent being cancelled you just have to go spooky, I doubt they would cancel you for being "blind" you're horror themed.

Working on making a spreadsheet filled with riggers and their relative prices and based on what I’ve seen literally nobody understand how much a rig should cost. Some riggers are charging 3k usd for what others charge 800 usd for. It’s so scummy how much some riggers overcharge their shit.

That's what I did, it's a bit harder but definitely worth it. SEAnigs are also great because most of them undervalue their work immensely. As cheap as I am though, I genuinely believe Live2D ,for the most part, should be on the higher end. You're paying someone for a high-demand skill that you intend to use in a commercial format. That alone drives up the price and is part of the reason Vtuber relate art costs so much to begin with.

There are some biases here of course. The femanon streams have been pretty abysmal too, including weird models and ESL accents. You might not think so because of course you're a guy with certain tastes probably. We could flip the gender on various streamers and watch opinions and interpretations change. That said women attract a higher creep attracting factor overall and that can work as either a buff or serious debuff.

it means you're placing keyforms outside of the parameter's range. if the parameter goes from 0 to 1 and you create a keyform on from example: -0.1 or 1.1, you will get that message.

Fortune Teller anon here. I'm working on making my voice sound not as gay by doing some more vocal exercises and just talking. I think when I talk from my diaphragm I don't sound too bad, but I've noticed that I talk way too fast when I do for some reason. Hopefully I can settle on something in the coming days.

Also, if you select a mesh and place a keyforms on a parameter, you gotta make sure you have keyforms on both extremes of the parameter. If you don't do this, they mesh will disappear when you're outside of the single keyform.

Maybe you're getting that error because the mesh you're using as the mask is missing a keyform. To ensure you don't get these types of errors, always start by using the buttons at the top, they automatically put keyframes on both extremes of the parameter.

I don't stream myself so maybe my advice won't be that helpful, but raiding others every stream helps. Try to raid down or to those with similar size as you. You'll maybe get eyes on your stream from each raid, you'll get followers from each raid and some might stick around and watch.

Your streams are 2-3 hours long, and there is normally uptick in the second half. Consider pushing to 3.5-4, and you might see a bit more growth.

That said, you're in the 20+ range, so you're probably going to continue to grow. Might be worth starting to work with your community, or build a small one. Do you have anyone you can do (small) collabs with. For instance, a group in Overwatch, or playing Quake (based on OW and Doom from Sully).
I also can't see what your schedule is - consistent timing and days does help, if only a little.

I'm sorry to hear that! I'm in the process of getting diagnosed myself, and it's a pain to do... anything.

I have found that setting my schedule in advance (even if it's private) helps with this. I set aside 3 hours on the Sunday to plan the next week's streams. And then I'll maybe change things up a bit, but it gives me a framework.

I also like doing themes - so as a (not real) example "Waifu Wednesdays", and so every Wednesday we play a game that stars a common waifu in a major role. You don't have to make these themes public if you don't want to, that way there's no problem if you split from it, but it's a plan!

But if you can't rein in the mindgoblins that way, I'm afraid I don't have much in the way to help with that.

Sometimes the schizo is the streamer. There is a streamer that is a vtuber now in the "lewd" category that hits on all the other vtubers, but they have a history as being a streamer and involved in various communities. They work at a big game company in some PR role where they interact with the community too. Their regular twitter has their vtuber's first name in it too. When you look at their vtuber twitter you're likely to get their real twitter recommended to you. Anyway this streamer goes full schizo any time someone remotely mentions anything about their 10 years not being a vtuber. They ended up banning probably over half of their existing stream community because they're scared of their real work being mentioned just to maintain a fake persona to hit on other vtubers. They want it both ways, they want the privacy of their secret identity, but they also want to use their existing clout. It doesn't help that they also meet other stereotypes.

Please note in this scenario, I worked with the person a year ago for two pictures.
