I honestly think these guys are a minority, since most of her comments are supportive and positive, and none of them are making the situation worse by commenting "ignore the antis, the stream was fun!" (happens when the flame is too much or when it's nijifans doing the flaming - see : Chigusa VTL stream).

This situation and the initial comment culture o Laplus' streams makes me think that HoloX brought in a pretty significant NND/Nijisanji audience to the Hololive box, and those guys brought their somewhat schizo habits (care for seniority, enjou for minor messups) with them.

Holofans tend to stick together and forgive most honest mistakes from the talents.
Hell, her senpais have overslept on stream for like 4+ hours and had to be saved from enjou by the FBKing's masterful streaming.

That's how it works in this thread from the start anon. In the beggining of the current "final tally" there was not even an unified site after VNUMA died, the anon doing the tally used live-ranking and fixed any missing result with Mado results for Nijisanji and Holostats for Hololive.
Then came vrabi and it both added a new datapoint and added some companies (like VSPO and Animare), then came vstats and added some and Neo Porte as well.

These sites may miss peaks but they don't invent peaks so it is a safe bet that the highest peak among all sites is the peak for that stream. It is not even a controversial take, it is how it is used from the start.

DAMN, Pekora really enjoys this game and so does her audience. Six hours later, it's 3AM in Japan and the audience is till at a 18k+

Let's say they were given a base salary after starting work, but depending on their performance after 2 months, their base salary could be improved again. Honestly, I want this to be the case for all new Holo Contracts. Have them proof themselves first in the first two months before giving them any good benefits that could make them lazy. HoloX/Council/ID3 really do be looking lazy already after their first two weeks. Despite being advertised a lot, Uproar is doing okay but not amazing. Cover should just leave one slot for charismatic and talkative ones to be the sole charmer of the group. Ollie is a good example of this and her explosive debut, she took everyone by surprise and subsequently made a lot of clips in her initial few weeks. It's not just the myth hype that carried her, it's Ollie herself being charming. Uproar doesn't have anyone like that, even Gamma has a hard time attracting people. Mysta is also a good example, but an extreme. He numberfags too much, and if I recall, he started the celebration meta for them. He even streamed on the JP slow first trying to find opportunities. ID3 Kobo is also a good pick. The only debuts I felt like that failed at this is probably Council and all of Stars except for astel. He only needs to network more or gets a better model.

Hololive is the only one that does base salary as for raises based on performance we don't know. The Hololive Salary was basically a "Just in case" sort of thing because back before they blew up they didn't really have enough in terms of merch or donations to really support the talents as a full on job.
