I wouldn't bother correcting it at all because it's a 12 hour old announcement for a stream that has already happened anyway. As for the translation, I feel like you are making it a little too complicated for yourself, I don't see the connection to reviewing because to me reviewing implies going over information that is already known to you (hence the "re" part), which doesn't fit with any of the things she listed. It's fine to be a bit more liberal with phrases like that that don't work well in English, so it'd just have simplified it by mostly ignoring the 確認 part because it doesn't carry much additional meaning anyway and overcomplicates the English phrasing. I know your initial aim in doing this was offering translations that are as close as possible to the source material (for good reasons), but I feel that shouldn't be to the detriment of the quality and intelligibility of the translation as long as the meaning is preserved. Flatbuki is a bit of an hyperbole, yeah. But it's really inconsistent with her. Her 3D and her 2D have completely different sizes. Her TEC custom is significantly flatter than her default too. Her official art by Mito tends to be more similar to her 3D model than her 2D, but a significant chunk of fan art skews towards the larger end of this range or beyond.
