Well for me, I liked how her character looked, her personality, and the surprise of seeing her jump from being some boss in HRtP to being the final boss of SoEW, to being playable in PoDD and MS really added to the flavor.

I can understand your concern, though. It feels like there would be a massive fan reaction with a ton of redundant threads (although some might argue that such a thing would just add to the experience of Mima's return).

But seriously, to me, it's also seems like something tied mostly to the western fanbase. The Japanese joke similarly about how she's been "left behind", but it's not the same as these constant claims about how she's "going to come back".

Anyway, I doubt that if she would appear it would turn out as you say. I'm sure people would be surprised, and that some would love it and some hate it. I just don't think there is any reason to be afraid that it'd impact the fandom in any bigger way, that's just silly.

What I'm expecting to happen here is for us to have at least three Mima threads weekly for a while, and they don't even reach the bump limit, but keep getting bumped up nonetheless.
