Like I said, the janitors have already plenty on their plate with Boof, Sion and White Ren. By burying legit reports against those people under a flood of garbage reports, you are actually making moderation much more difficult as the janitor will not be able to differentiate between actual and imaginary rule-breaking anymore and, in the ensuing chaos, will end up accidentally allowing the people listed above to wreak havoc across the board indisturbed.
