i'm using my bodily strength and dexterity to improve a lot of things in and around my family's house as a simple example. for a while i also had a physically demanding job so lifting definitely helped to remain healthy and therefore helped indirectly to make me money.
i realized that all the things i do start as an idea in my head (virtual) and i then manifest them into realty by using my time and energy and the skills i have acquired by studying and training. i'm not talking about something super complicated, just that the purpose of all training and studying (gaming being another form of playful skill training) is to apply them eventually to reality and do something with it that makes your and your family's lives better. that's all.
in the not so long ago past i spent all day in a front of my computer to absorb knowledge but i wasn't happy. my life improved once i applied myself IRL despite all the fucking normies.
