we don't! it's just a platform, and like any platform most content creators are absolutely shit. but that doesn't mean there won't be those amazing few on twitch, like Artia!
Artia proves that there can be good vtubers on twitch, holos can be on twitch, and especially that holos on twitch can be a good thing!
some people have a bias against the inherent "twitch culture" that already exists on the platform, but different channels can have their own subcultures, they're just don't want to give twitch chuubas a chance!
I'd imagine that if holos, for example, did a mass migration to twitch, the inherent "hololive culture" would drown out alot of the twitch culture and holo channels would feel like their own unique subculture on the site.

My posts all have 1 goal, to make the board a better place by reminding everyone of the best vtuber of all time, Artia!

this is my second board, and the only board i use since this board made /jp/ obsolete

the generic answer that doesn't answer anyone's question is "entertainment value", but whether or not someone is entertaining is highly subjective, and extremely dependent on factors such as familiarity with the activities the chuuba does, what type of audience she has, humor compatibility, etc
I always found Hololive era Artia to be the most entertaining vtuber, i liked her humor, her personality, and i was familiar enough with overwatch (her main game) to understand whether or not to flame her for throwing matches. the twitch chat dynamics with artia were great, spam copypasta calling her trash, get the entire chat to spam it with me, and hear her triggered response knowing that i caused it, it was amazing.
a less important factor (but still a nice added bonus) is a good model, and especially a nice sexy character design. it helps you get into the character if the model has the perfect 3 sizes: flat, petite, and cunny. Artia didn't have that, she was a very "standard" sized character; but gura, my second favorite, definitely has an extremely sexually attractive character design.
